We do not publish prices, because the right price depends on size, thickness, finish and where it is going. Send us those details and you will get a real quotation, not a range.
Black Forest is a dramatic stone. The background is dark charcoal to black, and across it run wide, irregular bands of white, cream and soft grey. No two slabs carry the same pattern, because the veining follows how the original mineral layers folded under pressure.
It is often chosen as a feature material rather than a background one. A single Black Forest slab behind a wash basin, on a fireplace surround, or as a book-matched wall panel gives a room its focal point. Used across a very large floor it can feel busy, so we usually suggest pairing it with a plain stone.
Because the pattern varies so much slab to slab, we photograph the actual slabs we hold and send those photos before dispatch. For book-matched work we keep consecutive slabs from the same block together so the veining mirrors across the joint.
