We do not publish prices, because the right price depends on size, thickness, finish and where it is going. Send us those details and you will get a real quotation, not a range.
A marble murti is carved from one solid block, never assembled from pieces. The sculptor works down from the rough block through the main form to the fine detail of the face, the hands and the ornament, and the finishing of the face is always done by the most experienced hand in the workshop.
We take orders for the full range of forms in white Makrana marble, and colour work can be added afterwards where the client wants it, either painted or in gold leaf. Plain polished white marble is equally traditional and needs no upkeep beyond dusting.
Sizes run from small table-top pieces up to large temple installations. For anything above around ninety centimetres we discuss weight, the strength of the platform it will stand on, and how it will be moved into place, before the carving starts rather than after.
