We do not publish prices, because the right price depends on size, thickness, finish and where it is going. Send us those details and you will get a real quotation, not a range.
Double charge tiles are made by feeding two layers of pigmented powder into the press at once and compacting them together under very high pressure. The top layer ends up three to four millimetres thick, which means the pattern is not printed on the surface but built into the body of the tile.
The practical result is a tile that can be re-polished years later and still look new. In a shopping centre, a hospital corridor or an office floor where thousands of feet pass daily, the wear simply does not reach the bottom of the colour layer.
They are supplied unglazed with a mirror polish, which gives the clean, seamless look of a large-format stone floor at a controlled cost. Because they are pressed rather than quarried, shade and size stay consistent from the first box to the last.
